For seven years I worked with this team and the
idea to bring fixed telephone services via radio waves to the people
of the poor regions in this world. It was a wonderful time of hard
work and great experiences.
I worked for the Project Management team and
travelled to the countries where we sold our products. Usually I had
to stay for 2..3 months there to find and train local staff. If you click
on the sub-buttons at the left of
this page you will find some information about the places I've been
travelling to during this time. Experiencing new countries means to
me - experiencing the local cuisine. So you shouldn't be surprised
about the focus of these pages.
This is the Telecell team when I left them in July 2001...
...and this is the team in Jena just before they all lost their
jobs.
